As a mentor we can act as a facilitator and provide you with our wisdom, knowledge, professional experiences, and subject matter expertise so that develop beyond your current capabilities. This does not mean that you won’t have to learn the lessons yourself, but it can be comforting, save time, and reduce the pain if you understand what is normal and expect and what is not.
